Who you are
You have 3+ years of professional experience in data management, particularly in cleaning and reconciling datasets. Your analytical skills allow you to identify and resolve duplicate, inconsistent, or incomplete records effectively. You understand the importance of data integrity and are committed to maintaining high-quality data for sales, marketing, and fundraising initiatives.
You are detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills, enabling you to implement and maintain entity matching, deduplication, and validation processes. Collaboration is key for you, and you enjoy working with other data team members to improve overall data quality and integrity. You are also adept at documenting methodologies, rules, and logic for entity resolution, ensuring that processes are transparent and repeatable.
What you'll do
In this role, you will analyze and resolve duplicate records across various datasets, ensuring accurate identification of organizations and contacts. You will implement and maintain processes for entity matching and deduplication, which are critical for the success of our fundraising software. Collaborating with other data team members, you will work to enhance the overall quality and integrity of our data.
You will document your methodologies and the logic behind your entity resolution processes, providing clarity and guidance for future data management efforts. Additionally, you will support the integration of cleaned datasets into our CRM and other organizational tools, playing a vital role in the operational success of Double the Donation.
