You have a proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders — your experience has equipped you with strong analytical skills that allow you to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus, as you thrive in environments that require adaptability and quick thinking. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

What you'll do

As a Program Manager at Drivetrain, you will focus on managing customer-related activities for our product implementation team. You will interface with global customers, ensuring their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services. Additionally, you will take on various Chief of Staff responsibilities, which will involve collaborating closely with the CEO's office to drive strategic initiatives. Your role will require you to own customer success metrics, analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for coordinating with different teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
