You anticipate bottlenecks and provide effective escalation management, ensuring that projects stay on track.
What you'll do
As a Program Manager at PagerDuty, you will lead product development and program planning across various departments — defining milestones, success criteria, and resource allocation plans that lead to predictable delivery.
