You have a strong background in engineering management, with experience leading teams in a fintech or technology-driven environment. You understand the importance of building scalable and reliable platforms that enhance developer experience and operational efficiency. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your experience includes working with API-based platforms and understanding the complexities of financial technology.

What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Core Platform Team, you will lead a group of engineers in developing core engineering frameworks and tooling that enhance the productivity of application teams. You will be responsible for setting the technical direction of the team, ensuring that the solutions developed align with the company's mission of democratizing access to financial independence. You will collaborate closely with product managers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
