Who you are
You have a strong background in finance systems management, with experience leading technology transformations in high-growth organizations. Your expertise includes working with Oracle ERP, EPM, and OAC, ensuring that these systems provide a reliable foundation for finance operations. You are a strategic thinker who can architect scalable solutions while maintaining a close eye on operational details to ensure delivery excellence.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to serve as the primary bridge between Finance, Engineering, and Integration teams. You understand the importance of clear priorities and alignment across functions, and you excel at translating business requirements into technical solutions. Your experience with automation technologies, such as RPA and AI-driven analytics, positions you to modernize processes and enhance operational efficiency.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define and lead the multi-year roadmap for Dropboxβs Finance systems, identifying opportunities to modernize processes and enhance automation. You will own the Finance technology stack, ensuring its availability, data integrity, and high-quality delivery of enhancements and upgrades. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that system improvements align with business goals and deliver measurable results.
You will also be responsible for maintaining the control environment for Finance systems, ensuring SOX compliance and secure access. Your leadership will guide the execution of high-quality, predictable system improvements, and you will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the Finance organization.
