What you'll do

As a Senior FPGA Engineer at DRW, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing new FPGA applications, focusing on synthesis, place & route, and static timing analysis. You will participate in the full development lifecycle, including system and block level testing, ensuring that your designs meet the stringent requirements of low latency and high throughput.

You will collaborate with trading teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications for FPGA applications. Your role will involve researching new technologies and methodologies to enhance the performance and reliability of your designs. You will also document your work thoroughly, providing clear guidelines and specifications for future reference.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles. You will contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging your team to explore new ideas and approaches to FPGA design.
