Your ability to thrive in fast-paced trading environments is complemented by your strong analytical skills and attention to detail. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to translate complex trader and researcher requirements into clear technical specifications. You are proactive and enjoy working autonomously while also being a team player who values collaboration across various departments.
Desirable

As a Quantitative Product Strategist at DRW, you will act as a desk strategist, developing analytics, models, and tools that support trading and risk management. You will work closely with traders and researchers to understand their needs and translate them into actionable insights. Your role will involve validating models and analytics with technologists, ensuring that prototypes are effectively transformed into production systems. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining tools that enhance trading strategies and risk assessment processes. Collaboration is key, as you will engage with various teams, including trading, quantitative research, technology, and risk management, to ensure that your contributions align with the firm's objectives. You will also be expected to stay updated on market trends and leverage your quantitative skills to identify new opportunities for the firm.
