Your educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in a STEM or related field, equipping you with the analytical skills necessary to tackle complex technical problems.

You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively interact with exchanges, traders, and developers to resolve issues as they arise. Your familiarity with trading systems enables you to onboard new trading desks and technologies seamlessly, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

What you'll do

As a Senior Trading Systems Engineer at DRW, you will play a crucial role in providing support for our trading systems and technologies. You will collaborate closely with trading, infrastructure, and software development teams to ensure that our systems operate without interruption. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, onboarding new trading desks, and implementing new trading systems and technologies.

You will be expected to communicate directly with exchanges and traders to iron out any problems that arise, ensuring that our trading operations are efficient and effective. Your expertise will help us quickly pivot to capture opportunities in the market, leveraging your technical skills to solve complex problems as they arise.
