You have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in trade support, site reliability engineering, or related fields. Your educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline or a related field. You are familiar with trading platforms and financial markets, thriving in high-pressure situations while effectively managing issues that arise.

You possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate directly with exchanges, traders, and developers. Your experience has equipped you with the technical expertise necessary to onboard new trading desks, systems, and technologies, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced trading environment.

What you'll do

As a Senior Trading Systems Engineer at DRW, you will be responsible for providing technical support for trading systems, collaborating closely with trading, infrastructure, and software development teams. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise in real-time, ensuring that trading operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve onboarding new trading desks and systems, as well as implementing new technologies to enhance trading capabilities.

You will also engage in direct communication with exchanges and traders to address any technical challenges, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally. Your contributions will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and performance of DRW's trading operations, allowing the firm to capitalize on market opportunities effectively.
