Duetti is seeking a Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and contribute to monthly close and reporting. This role requires 3+ years of accounting experience and offers a hybrid work model.

You have 3+ years of accounting experience and are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited about working in the music rights space. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working with large data sets, which will be essential in strengthening our accounting infrastructure. Your proactive approach will help you contribute effectively to our high-growth music rights business.
You are someone who values creativity and innovation, understanding the importance of reshaping the financial landscape for artists. Your ability to communicate effectively with team members and senior leaders will be crucial as you report to the Assistant Controller and engage with various stakeholders.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting. You will assist in the monthly close process, contributing to the preparation of financial statements and reports. Your attention to detail will help identify discrepancies and improve processes, ultimately enhancing the efficiency of our financial operations.
You will collaborate with other team members to streamline accounting processes and implement best practices.
