You have a strong background in operations management, ideally within the music or entertainment industry — your experience allows you to navigate the complexities of catalog redistribution and client onboarding effectively. You possess excellent problem-solving skills that directly impact artists and help define innovative business models. Your proactive and self-motivated nature enables you to work independently while also thriving in a team environment. You have a genuine love for music and culture, which drives your passion for reshaping the financial landscape for artists.
Desirable
Experience in fintech or music distribution is a plus, as it will enhance your understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this space. Familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes will also be beneficial in this role.
What you'll do
As a Distribution Specialist at Duetti, you will be at the heart of our operational pipeline, managing the end-to-end redistribution of acquired catalog.
