What you'll do
As the Director of Product Management for the Short-form Learning Area, you will own the core product that delivers bite-sized, gamified lessons to learners. You will lead a team of senior product managers, guiding them in improving existing exercises and developing new ones that leverage AI for effective teaching. You will collaborate closely with engineering and learning co-leads to ensure that the product meets the needs of our diverse user base. Your role will involve setting the strategic direction for the product, defining success metrics, and ensuring alignment across teams to deliver a cohesive learning experience. You will also be responsible for mentoring your team, fostering their professional growth, and encouraging a culture of experimentation and innovation.
