Experience in the education technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with user acquisition strategies and metrics. You have a knack for conducting qualitative and quantitative research to validate product ideas before development. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, allowing you to bridge gaps and foster collaboration.

What you'll do

As the Director of Product Management for Growth at Duolingo, you will lead a team of product managers, driving the strategy for product features that enhance user engagement and retention. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and specification to development, release, and analysis. Your responsibilities will include setting key performance indicators and ensuring that your team meets these targets through effective product optimizations. You will perform in-depth research to discover new feature ideas and validate them through user testing and feedback. Collaborating closely with UI/UX designers, you will ensure that the user experience is seamless and delightful. Additionally, you will work with engineers to guide feature development and ensure alignment with product goals.
