What you'll do
As the Director of Product Management for Growth at Duolingo, you will lead a team of product managers, driving the strategy for product features that enhance user engagement and retention. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and specification to development, release, and analysis. Your responsibilities will include setting key performance indicators and ensuring that your team meets these targets through effective product optimizations. You will perform in-depth research to discover new feature ideas and validate them through user testing and feedback.
