What you'll do
As the Head of Duolingo Academy, you will define the vision and strategy for leadership development within the organization. You will design and deliver a portfolio of leadership programs that cater to managers of managers, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to lead effectively. You will work closely with People leadership to create a cohesive capability-building system that enhances leader impact across the company. Your role will involve iterating on existing programs based on feedback and outcomes, ensuring that they remain relevant and effective. You will also be responsible for scaling these initiatives as the company grows, expanding into adjacent capability areas over time. Your work will directly contribute to Duolingo's mission of making education universally accessible and impactful.
