E2Open is hiring a Business Applications Manager to oversee finance applications and enhance the Order-to-Cash journey. You'll work with platforms like NetSuite and Concur in a hybrid role based in Chicago or Chapel Hill.

Who you are
You have a strong background in managing business applications, particularly in finance, with a focus on optimizing processes and ensuring system integrity. Your experience with platforms like NetSuite, Concur, and FloQast has equipped you with the skills to lead critical financial systems that support high-volume commerce. You understand the importance of accurate and resilient financial applications in a global supply chain context, and you are adept at navigating complex integrations and evolving technology landscapes.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT. Your analytical mindset enables you to identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce waste. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing remote collaboration with in-office presence to foster team dynamics.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of the finance applications landscape at E2Open, ensuring that every step of the Order-to-Cash journey is seamless and efficient. You will lead the integration of financial systems as E2Open continues its evolution within the WiseTech Global Group. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the implementation and optimization of financial applications, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
You will collaborate closely with finance and operations teams to understand their needs and translate them into actionable technology solutions. This includes conducting regular assessments of existing systems, identifying gaps, and recommending enhancements that align with business objectives. You will also play a key role in training and supporting users, ensuring they are equipped to leverage the full capabilities of the financial applications.
