What you'll do

In this role, you will support the implementation and maintenance of finance and accounting systems, including ERP (NetSuite), Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash processes. You will lead hands-on development efforts to create scalable solutions that enhance operational workflows. Your responsibilities will include optimizing existing processes, developing reporting mechanisms, and ensuring seamless integration across various business systems. You will work closely with finance and operations teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

You will also be responsible for architecting technical solutions that align with Tekion's strategic goals. This involves analyzing current systems, identifying gaps, and proposing enhancements that leverage cutting-edge technology. You will play a key role in fostering collaboration between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on project objectives and outcomes.
