What you'll do

As a Staff Full Stack Engineer at Earnin, you will take on a hands-on role, dedicating approximately 60% of your time to coding and development. You will lead a team of developers, focusing on frontend-heavy projects that make up about 90% of your work. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing new features for our applications, ensuring they are user-friendly and efficient. You will collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate user needs into functional software solutions. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles. You will also be involved in code reviews, ensuring that best practices are followed and that the codebase remains maintainable and scalable. Your expertise in AWS will be crucial as you help architect solutions that are robust and capable of handling high traffic. You will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our products, contributing to strategic discussions about technology choices and architecture.
