What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing recruiting operations in Bengaluru, ensuring that candidates have a seamless and positive experience throughout the interview process. You will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance onboarding processes and improve employee experience initiatives. Your role will involve coordinating interviews, managing schedules, and ensuring that all logistical aspects of the recruitment process are handled efficiently.

You will also play a crucial role in site-related initiatives, contributing to the overall employee experience in the Bengaluru office. By partnering with local and global stakeholders, you will help shape the recruiting strategy and ensure alignment with the company's goals. Your ability to execute tasks with a high degree of accountability will be essential as you support the growth of Earnin's talent pool.
