What you'll do

As the Recruiting Program Manager, you will be the directly responsible individual (DRI) for one or more key centralized recruiting programs, such as Recruiter Enablement and Quality of Hire. You will lead strategic projects that aim to enhance the quality and efficiency of Stripe’s recruiting function. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that drive improvements in recruiting processes and outcomes.

You will facilitate data-informed decision-making by analyzing recruiting metrics and providing insights that help shape the recruiting strategy. Your responsibilities will also include steering change management efforts to ensure robust business engagement and alignment with organizational goals. You will work closely with the recruiting team to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices that enhance the overall candidate experience.
