What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end quality engineering initiatives at Earnin, ensuring that our products are reliable and scalable. You will design and implement automated testing strategies that cover mobile, web, backend, and data platforms, driving efficiency and effectiveness in our testing processes. Your expertise will guide the team in adopting modern quality practices, fostering a culture of automation-first thinking.

You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define quality metrics and success criteria for our products. By analyzing test results and user feedback, you will identify areas for improvement and work with the team to implement solutions that enhance product quality.

As a senior member of the team, you will mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge of best practices in quality engineering and automation. You will also participate in code reviews, ensuring that quality is maintained throughout the development lifecycle.

Your role will involve continuous learning and adaptation, as you stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in quality engineering. You will advocate for the use of AI and advanced automation tools to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness, helping Earnin to maintain its competitive edge in the market.
