What you'll do
In this role, you will drive the design and implementation of new features, ensuring that complex problems are translated into elegant designs. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver robust backend services that support Earnin's mission. Your contributions will directly impact the lives of community members, allowing them to access their earnings as they earn them. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of code quality and performance, participating in code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
What we offer
Earnin offers a competitive salary range of $252,000 to $308,000, along with equity and benefits. As a hybrid position, you will work from the Mountain View HQ office two days a week, allowing for a balance between in-person collaboration and remote work.
