Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience in software engineering, particularly in building complex systems that handle large volumes of data — you've led projects from conception to deployment and understand the intricacies of data-driven decision-making. Your expertise in machine learning and data analysis is complemented by strong programming skills in Python and C++, allowing you to develop robust solutions that enhance performance and safety.
You are a technical leader who thrives in collaborative environments — you enjoy mentoring junior engineers and sharing your knowledge to foster a culture of learning and innovation. Your experience with cloud technologies, particularly Kubernetes and Docker, equips you to manage scalable applications effectively. You have a keen interest in autonomous systems and are motivated by the potential impact of your work on improving mobility and safety.
Desirable
Experience with TensorFlow or similar machine learning frameworks is a plus, as is familiarity with data visualization tools. You understand the importance of validating safety and performance metrics in autonomous driving and are eager to contribute to this mission.
