What you'll do

In this role, you will lead end-to-end delivery of customer engagements, starting from discovery and design through implementation and support. You will collaborate with Elastic’s Professional Services, Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to accelerate the adoption of the Elastic Observability platform. Your responsibilities will include designing scalable architectures that enhance infrastructure visibility and end-user experience. You will also provide technical guidance to customers, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes with Elastic’s solutions. As a Consulting Engineer, you will have the opportunity to influence strategy and lead complex implementations, making a significant impact on customer success.
