What you'll do

As the Director of International Financial Reporting, you will lead the global statutory reporting requirements for Elastic, ensuring compliance with Dutch IFRS and local regulations across various international entities. You will oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and insights, providing guidance on financial matters, and advising on best practices in financial reporting.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing reporting processes that align with the company's growth strategy. This includes identifying areas for improvement and streamlining reporting workflows to enhance efficiency.
