Who you are

You have a solid background in backend development, particularly with .NET technologies, and you're comfortable working with C#. Your experience includes building scalable applications and understanding the intricacies of software architecture. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

You are familiar with the biopharma industry or have a keen interest in it, understanding the importance of software in managing automated sample processing workflows. You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and are eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Desirable

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS would be a plus, as well as familiarity with Agile methodologies. You might also have experience in working with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git, which will help you integrate smoothly into our development processes.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Backend Engineer at Eleks, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a next-generation software orchestrator for our client in the biopharma industry. You will collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to design and implement features that enhance the automated sample processing workflow. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews to ensure high standards of quality.

You will also engage in troubleshooting and debugging issues that arise in the development process, ensuring that the software runs smoothly and efficiently. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the project, and you will have the opportunity to work on innovative solutions that push the boundaries of technology in the biopharma sector.
