What you'll do

As a Senior Product Engineer at Ello, you will work closely with the Co-founder & CTO and a small team of engineers and learning designers to develop cutting-edge educational products. Your primary focus will be on building and enhancing the AI teacher platform, ensuring it meets the needs of children and educators alike. You will be responsible for designing and implementing features that utilize generative AI to create personalized learning experiences.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conduct user testing, and iterate on product designs based on feedback. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews to uphold high standards of quality. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers.
