Job Description
Who you are
You are a highly experienced full-stack engineer with a strong technical background and a proven track record of taking products from zero to one. You possess excellent product intuition and execution skills, allowing you to distill raw business objectives into core customer-facing features. You stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and LLMs, ensuring that you can build fast and effectively. You are comfortable working independently, even without a dedicated design team, and are focused on delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
You have a customer-centric mindset and are relentless in your pursuit of understanding real user problems. Your experience includes leading product discovery and conducting user interviews, which shape both what you build and how you build it. You thrive at the intersection of engineering, product, AI, and design, collaborating closely with founders and cross-functional teams to turn ambiguous problems into elegant, scalable solutions that significantly enhance customer experience.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the full-stack development of new product features from problem statement to production. You will participate directly in product discovery, analyzing customer feedback, mapping workflows, and identifying opportunities for feature development and prioritization. Your responsibilities will include designing thoughtful solutions and implementing them across the stack, ensuring that the features you build are not only functional but also user-friendly and impactful.
You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the product aligns with business objectives and meets customer needs. Your role will involve continuous iteration based on user feedback and performance metrics, allowing you to refine and enhance the product over time. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers and fostering a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and creativity.

You will enjoy a 100% book subsidy, pension contributions, health insurance, and a custom work-from-home equipment setup. We believe in supporting our employees' professional growth and well-being, creating an environment where you can thrive both personally and professionally.
