Your exceptional storytelling and structured problem-solving skills enable you to engage effectively with C-level executives and shape AI strategies for clients. You thrive in high-velocity environments and have a proven track record of driving transformative AI adoption across major enterprises.

Your experience includes collaboration with cross-functional leadership teams, allowing you to navigate complex enterprise sales motions with ease. You are comfortable working in a hybrid role, balancing in-office presence with remote work. A prior exposure to AI, Generative AI platforms, or data transformation initiatives is a plus, as is experience with high-growth startups or global SaaS companies. An MBA from a top-tier institution would further enhance your candidacy.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead strategic enterprise accounts, providing leverage on the most important deals and driving AI adoption across major enterprises. You will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to shape high-impact AI engagements, ensuring that clients understand the value of Ema's AI platform. Your responsibilities will include engaging with C-level executives, presenting tailored AI strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for AI integration within client organizations, helping them delegate repetitive tasks to Ema's Universal AI employee. Your role will involve analyzing client needs, developing strategic plans, and executing initiatives that unlock significant gains in workforce efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in establishing Ema as a leader in the AI space, leveraging your expertise to drive growth and innovation.
