You have a strong background in strategy and analysis, ideally with experience in AI or technology-driven environments. You excel at translating complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations, helping clients navigate the evolving landscape of AI search. Your ability to build and maintain dashboards for tracking key performance indicators is second nature to you, and you thrive in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with customer success teams to align strategies and drive results. You are comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring that insights are effectively communicated and operationalized. You understand the importance of staying ahead of AI discovery trends and are eager to contribute to establishing Scrunch as a leader in this space.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the development and execution of AI Search strategies for enterprise clients, helping them diagnose challenges and prioritize opportunities. You will partner with customer success teams to conduct monthly and quarterly strategy reviews, ensuring alignment across functions. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining dashboards that track AI Search KPIs, providing insights into competitive trends, and operationalizing Scrunch platform insights to enhance client outcomes. You will play a key role in helping clients rethink their marketing strategies in an AI-first future, leveraging your analytical skills to drive impactful recommendations. You will also be involved in identifying new opportunities for growth and improvement, ensuring that Scrunch remains at the forefront of AI search innovation.
