You are an innovative and passionate Machine Learning Engineer with a strong background in solving complex problems and working with large datasets. You thrive in environments where you can turn theoretical concepts into practical, scalable solutions, and you enjoy collaborating with a team while also being able to work autonomously. Your experience includes developing machine learning models and deploying them in production environments, and you have a knack for optimizing algorithms for performance and efficiency.

You have a solid understanding of machine learning frameworks and tools, particularly TensorFlow and Python, and you are comfortable with data analysis and SQL for managing and querying large datasets. You are a strong communicator, able to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. What you'll do

As the Software Engineering Lead for Machine Learning at Ema, you will lead the development of AI solutions that empower employees to be more creative and productive. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency within enterprise workflows. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing machine learning models, optimizing algorithms, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of AI systems.

You will mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team. You will also be involved in the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data collection and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment. Your role will require you to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and you will have the opportunity to influence the technical direction of the projects you work on.
