You are an experienced Office Manager & HR Operations professional with a strong background in managing office logistics and supporting HR functions. Your attention to detail ensures that office operations run smoothly, and you are a reliable point of contact for workplace and HR-related inquiries.
You have a knack for vendor management and can effectively coordinate with various service providers to maintain office facilities. Your organizational skills allow you to manage office supplies, coordinate events, and ensure compliance with workplace policies. You understand the importance of employee experience and are dedicated to fostering a positive work environment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the day-to-day office operations, ensuring that everything from supplies to office upkeep is managed efficiently. You will coordinate with vendors for services such as IT support, cleaning, and catering, ensuring that contracts and performance are up to standard. You will also plan and execute on-site events that enhance employee engagement and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
