You have extensive experience in HR operations management, ideally within a regional or global context — you've successfully led teams and driven process improvements that enhance employee experiences and operational efficiency. Your background includes a strong understanding of HR lifecycle transactions and compliance with local employment laws, including GDPR. You are a natural leader who thrives in a collaborative environment, fostering a culture of inclusivity and high performance within your team.

What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of HR Services for the EMEA region, ensuring timely and accurate support across multiple HR processes and transactions. You will lead, coach, and develop the EMEA HR Services team, focusing on capability building and fostering a collaborative team culture. Your responsibilities will include optimizing HR processes to align with both global standards and regional requirements, ensuring high-quality resolution of HR inquiries, and managing the usage of ServiceNow and knowledge content.
You will also ensure compliance with local employment laws and internal policies, supporting audits and maintaining data accuracy. Collaborating with cross-functional teams will be essential to drive operational consistency and improve service delivery. You will play a key role in enhancing the employee experience by ensuring that HR services are efficient, employee-centric, and aligned with GoDaddy's mission and values.
