You are skilled in managing finance platforms, particularly NetSuite and BillingPlatform, and have a proven track record of improving financial reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, and IT. Your communication skills allow you to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across departments. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement, and you are committed to maintaining well-governed technology solutions.

Desirable

Experience with integrated systems supporting Record-to-Report and Quote-to-Cash processes is a plus. Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards will enhance your ability to ensure audit readiness and operational excellence.

What you'll do

As the Director of Finance Systems, you will lead the strategic direction of finance technology initiatives at Emburse. You will act as the product owner for core finance platforms, ensuring they are designed, maintained, and continuously improved to meet the needs of the organization. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to align finance operations with scalable and automated technology solutions.

You will oversee the implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing platforms, ensuring they support accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for developing and executing a roadmap for finance technology initiatives, prioritizing projects based on business needs and strategic goals.

In this role, you will mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. You will analyze system performance and user feedback to identify areas for enhancement, ensuring that technology solutions evolve with the changing needs of the business.
