Job Description
Who you are
You have over 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in the US Healthcare domain, which has equipped you with a deep understanding of healthcare processes and systems. Your expertise in working with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) is a significant asset, allowing you to contribute effectively to projects that require this knowledge. You excel in collaborating with product owners and have a proven track record of driving scrum teams independently, ensuring that project goals are met efficiently.
You are skilled at maintaining a healthy backlog for engineering teams, which involves prioritizing user stories and ensuring that the development process runs smoothly. Your ability to suggest value adds to customer teams based on your acquired knowledge demonstrates your proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement. You understand the importance of being the bridge between product management and offshore teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed about project developments.
What you'll do
In this role, you will perform the essential duties of a Business Analyst on various projects, working closely with product owners from the customer side. You will liaise with both onshore and offshore teams, ensuring that communication flows seamlessly and that all parties are updated on project status and requirements. Your experience in the US Healthcare domain will be crucial as you navigate the complexities of healthcare projects, particularly those involving EMRs.
You will drive scrum teams independently, facilitating meetings and ensuring that the team remains focused on delivering high-quality results. Your responsibilities will include managing the backlog, refining user stories, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure that all requirements are met. You will also be expected to suggest improvements and value adds to customer teams based on your insights and understanding of their business needs.
Your role will require you to keep the big picture in mind, understanding the customer's objectives and ensuring that the offshore teams are aligned with these goals. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between product management and engineering, ensuring that everyone is on the same page and working towards common objectives.
