What you'll do

As the QA Team Manager at Emplifi, you will lead and support a team of Manual QAs embedded within multiple software development teams. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain high testing standards and quality ownership across the organization. You will conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide coaching and support, helping them to develop their skills and advance their careers.

You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of quality within the organization, ensuring that quality is understood and prioritized at all levels. This includes championing risk-based testing and exploratory practices that align with product goals, as well as collaborating closely with Engineering and Product teams to ensure that quality concerns are addressed early in the development process.

In this role, you will balance people leadership with quality ownership, ensuring that your team feels supported, empowered, and accountable for delivering high-quality products. You will play a key role in shaping the testing practices and quality culture at Emplifi, making a significant impact on the overall success of the organization.
