What you'll do

As a Contact Center Professional at Entrata, you will act as a virtual Leasing Professional, engaging with apartment communities and residents across the nation. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound leasing, maintenance, and resident calls, ensuring that each interaction is handled with care and professionalism. You will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants, guiding them through the leasing process and addressing any questions they may have.

In this role, you will also be responsible for managing maintenance requests and ensuring that residents receive timely updates on their inquiries. Your ability to listen actively and empathize with customers will be crucial in resolving issues and enhancing their overall experience.
