Who you are
You have a strong background in technical implementation and customer engagement, with experience in configuring and optimizing AI-driven applications. You understand the nuances of enterprise contact centers and can effectively communicate with clients to deliver tailored solutions. Your expertise includes working with AI technologies, natural language processing, and various integrations such as ACD, IVR, and ASR. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and industry best practices.
Desirable
Experience with generative AI models and legacy systems is a plus, as is familiarity with project management methodologies. You are detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills, allowing you to navigate complex technical challenges while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for the technical implementation of NICE CXone solutions, which includes configuring, programming, and developing AI applications. You will lead the design and development of multiple AI and bot applications, ensuring they meet customer needs and adhere to industry standards. Your role will involve optimizing and maintaining various AI bots, enhancing their performance and functionality. You will collaborate closely with project managers to oversee end-to-end project rollouts, managing system lifecycle development and change control processes. Additionally, you will provide consultative support to clients, helping them understand how to leverage NICE products effectively.
