Who you are
You have a strong background in equity plan administration, with experience in managing stock-based compensation programs. Your attention to detail ensures accuracy and compliance in all equity-related activities, and you thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating closely with teams such as Accounting, Legal, Payroll, and HR.
You possess excellent organizational skills and are adept at building scalable processes and controls to support a growing organization. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders makes you a key player in ensuring operational excellence across equity-related functions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of Entrata's equity administration platform, Morgan Stanley Shareworks, ensuring that all equity compensation programs are managed efficiently. You will be responsible for end-to-end equity plan administration, including the accurate processing of stock options and restricted stock units.
You will collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure proper accounting for stock-based compensation and work closely with external auditors to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. Your role will involve developing and implementing scalable processes to enhance the efficiency of equity administration as the company continues to grow.
You will also engage with HR to provide support for employee inquiries related to equity compensation and assist in educating employees about their equity awards. Your contributions will play a critical role in shaping the equity compensation strategy at Entrata, ensuring that it aligns with the company's goals and values.
