What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end equity administration and payroll operations, ensuring that all processes are executed accurately and efficiently. You will collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Accounting to develop and implement best practices for payroll and equity compensation programs. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you manage payroll processing, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. You will also play a key role in partnering with external advisors to address any complex issues that may arise in payroll or equity administration.

You will be tasked with identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions that enhance the efficiency of payroll and equity operations. Your ability to analyze data and provide insights will support decision-making and strategic planning within the Finance & Accounting team.
