Overview

Enviva is hiring a Commercial Analyst to support Customer Account Management and Fulfillment activities. You'll engage with internal teams to manage client accounts and track compliance with contractual obligations. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced environment where you have honed your skills in customer account management and fulfillment activities. You understand the importance of driving efficiencies and continuous process improvement, and you are adept at engaging with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Your analytical mindset allows you to conduct financial, cost/benefit, and scenario analyses to find optimal solutions to fulfillment challenges.

You possess strong organizational skills and are comfortable managing a portfolio of key clients across diverse regions, including Europe and Asia. Your ability to track compliance against contractual obligations ensures that payment, scheduling, and other deadlines are met consistently. You are a proactive communicator, capable of collaborating effectively with internal teams to adapt to changing client needs and expectations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the daily execution of Customer Account Management and Fulfillment activities, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage with internal teams to proactively manage each client account, adapting strategies as necessary to meet their evolving needs. Your responsibilities will include tracking compliance for all parties against their contractual obligations, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that communication is clear and effective.

You will also manage and maintain central information systems, making data easily accessible within the team to improve efficiency. Regularly tracking and reporting on key metrics and KPIs will be a crucial part of your role, allowing you to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process enhancements. Additionally, you will conduct financial analyses to support decision-making and optimize fulfillment strategies.
