What you'll do

In this role, you will be the senior individual contributor responsible for setting the standard for commercial analytics across the UK business. You will own the analytical view of UK performance, providing insights for daily trading updates, monthly business reviews, and budget cycles. You will work closely with the UK General Manager and senior commercial leaders to shape discussions around performance, risks, and opportunities. Your influence will extend to commercial decision-making and investment choices, making your role critical to the company's growth. You will also coordinate and coach a small group of analysts, ensuring that their work meets the high standards you set. Your insights will help the business understand trading performance rapidly and reliably, allowing for informed decision-making.
