Who you are

You have a strong background in software engineering and are excited about space exploration — your experience includes designing and implementing software systems from requirements to production and deployment. You are passionate about building scalable and reliable software that solves complex problems, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where innovative ideas are encouraged. You have a solid understanding of web-based solutions and are eager to contribute to a multi-product operations management platform that supports high-stakes procedures in the aerospace industry.

You are familiar with modern technologies and frameworks, including Node.js and React, and you have experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL. Your knowledge of cloud services, particularly AWS, allows you to build robust applications that can scale effectively. You are also comfortable with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, which are essential for deploying applications in a cloud environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for creating delightful user experiences that address complex challenges in spacecraft operations. You will collaborate with a team of engineers from diverse backgrounds, including those with experience from SpaceX, Google, and NASA, to develop innovative solutions that enhance the functionality of our platform. Your work will involve writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews to ensure high-quality software delivery.

You will engage in the full software development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to deploying applications in production.
