What you'll do

As the Chief of Staff, Clinical, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief Clinical Officer, helping to streamline leadership processes and enhance the effectiveness of the clinical leadership team. You will prioritize the Chief Clinical Officer's focus areas, ensuring alignment across various initiatives and projects. Your role will involve facilitating strategic discussions, managing key projects, and providing insights that inform decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.

You will also be responsible for enabling the Clinical Leadership team by providing support in operational planning and execution. This includes coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and following up on action items to ensure accountability and progress. You will play a critical role in fostering collaboration among clinical teams, helping to create a cohesive and high-performing environment that supports Equip's mission to provide accessible and effective treatment for eating disorders.
