What you'll do
As a Scheduling Operations Specialist at Equip, you will be one of the first points of contact for patients and families after admission. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the scheduling process, ensuring that patients are matched with the appropriate care team members. You will communicate with patients to set expectations regarding their treatment journey and provide them with the necessary resources to access care.
You will work closely with various departments within Equip to coordinate schedules and ensure that all appointments are managed efficiently. This may involve liaising with therapists, dietitians, and other care team members to confirm availability and accommodate patient needs. Your role will require you to maintain accurate records and documentation related to patient scheduling, ensuring compliance with Equip's operational standards.
