What you'll do

As a Licensed Therapist at Equip Health, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based treatment to patients with eating disorders. You will conduct ongoing assessments of patients' and families' needs, ensuring that care is tailored to each individual's situation. You will document treatment progress and collaborate with your care team to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Your role will involve utilizing therapeutic modalities such as FBT and CBT-E to empower patients in their recovery. You will also engage in regular communication with other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to care. This position requires you to navigate emotionally challenging situations while providing compassionate support to patients and their families. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of treatment protocols and participate in training and professional development opportunities.
