Job Description
Who you are
You are an experienced licensed Therapist, whether a social worker, counselor, or marriage and family therapist. You hold relevant certifications such as LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, or LPCC, and are passionate about providing high-quality mental health care. You understand the barriers that patients face in accessing treatment and are committed to transforming psychiatry through innovative and human-centered approaches.
You have a strong background in mental health care, with a focus on accessibility and patient-centered treatment. You are empathetic and skilled in building rapport with patients, ensuring they feel heard and supported throughout their therapeutic journey. You are also familiar with the challenges clinicians face, including low reimbursement rates and burdensome paperwork, and are motivated to find solutions that benefit both patients and providers.
