ESO is hiring a Senior Onboarding Integration Engineer to create effective integration solutions for clients during the onboarding process. You'll work closely with clients to tailor integration setups and troubleshoot technical issues. This position requires experience in designing and managing APIs and middleware.

Who you are

You have a strong background in integration engineering, with a focus on creating tailored solutions for clients during the onboarding process. Your detail-oriented nature and proactive problem-solving skills enable you to address technical challenges effectively. You understand the importance of aligning technical solutions with business and product considerations, ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients.

With experience in designing and implementing integration solutions, you are well-versed in managing APIs and middleware. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with internal experts and clients to understand their technical requirements and deliver customized integration setups. Your ability to document processes and configurations ensures clarity and consistency throughout the onboarding journey.

You are passionate about technology and its impact on customer experiences, and you take pride in overseeing all technical aspects of the onboarding process from kick-off to go-live. Your strong communication skills allow you to act as a technical resource for internal teams, guiding them through the integration phase and addressing any challenges that arise.

Desirable

Experience with specific integration tools or platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with the billing and dispatch software landscape. You may also have a background in project management, which helps you coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be central to the onboarding of Billing and Dispatch software, ensuring seamless integration with client infrastructures. You will work closely with clients to gather technical requirements and provide tailored integration solutions that meet their specific needs. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and managing APIs and middleware, as well as troubleshooting and resolving any integration challenges that arise during the onboarding process.

You will document integration processes and client-specific configurations, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to clear and comprehensive information. As a technical resource for internal teams, you will provide guidance and support throughout the onboarding phase, helping to identify potential risks and address them proactively.

Your role will also involve collaborating with the Onboarding Specialist who manages the project, ensuring that all technical aspects align with the overall project timeline and objectives. You will be expected to take initiative in identifying opportunities for improvement in the integration process, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our onboarding solutions.
