What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of source integrations, focusing on design, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that data ingestion processes are secure, scalable, and reliable. Your responsibilities will include designing integration workflows, implementing data pipelines, and monitoring performance to identify areas for improvement. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices, aligning with the least-privilege principle.

You will collaborate with the Security team to assess risks and implement necessary safeguards for data handling. Partnering with IT, you will ensure that integration solutions are aligned with the overall architecture of the SaaS platform. Your role will involve regular communication with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into effective integration solutions. You will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging feedback and performance metrics to enhance integration processes.
