You are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, prioritizing technology requirements, and designing effective business processes. Your experience includes creating process models for current and desired states, evaluating potential solutions, and recommending both short-term and long-term strategies. You are also adept at generating and updating analysis artifacts such as gap analyses, business requirements, and user stories.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple concurrent initiatives with autonomy. Your strong analytical skills allow you to assess research findings and resolve conflicts effectively, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process.

What you'll do

In this role, you will join Esri's corporate marketing team as a Senior Business Systems Analyst. Your primary focus will be on supporting the customer data platform (CDP) and marketing automation platform (MAP). You will gather business requirements by conducting interviews, analyzing documents, and administering surveys to understand the needs of end-users.

You will collaborate closely with both business and technical teams to prioritize technology requirements and create process models that reflect the current and desired states. Your role will involve evaluating potential solutions and recommending strategies that align with business goals. You will also design business processes and develop training materials to ensure end-users are effectively trained on the platforms.

As part of your responsibilities, you will generate and update various analysis artifacts, including gap analyses, functional requirements, and test cases. You will participate in quality assurance, integration, and acceptance testing to ensure that the solutions implemented meet the business needs.
