Esri is hiring a Senior Change Management Specialist to ensure successful adoption of internal marketing projects. You'll develop and implement change management strategies while collaborating with various teams. This role requires 5+ years of experience in change management.

Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience driving and executing change management within an organization — you've successfully led initiatives that foster employee engagement and adoption of new processes. Your educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, providing you with a solid foundation for understanding organizational dynamics.
You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to write clear and engaging content that supports change initiatives. Your ability to influence stakeholders and build trust across teams is a key asset, enabling you to navigate complex organizational structures effectively. You are adept at conducting impact assessments and change readiness evaluations, ensuring that all aspects of change are considered and addressed.
What you'll do
In this role, you will apply a structured methodology to lead change management activities, strategies, and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. You will map, assess, document, optimize, and drive the adoption of marketing processes, establishing and promoting best practices throughout the organization. Developing and executing communication plans will be essential to keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
You will collaborate closely with project managers and campaign owners to embed change management into project plans, ensuring that all changes are aligned with organizational goals. Additionally, you will build training plans, guides, and videos, training teams on various products and processes to facilitate smooth transitions. Defining success metrics and monitoring progress will be crucial to ensure change adoption and sustainability.
